I love fresh spring rolls. Love love love love love them. You know the kinds- the sticky-ish rice paper filled with glass noodles and veggies and pork or shrimp, with some kind of garlic or peanut or spicy dipping sauce. Those delectable little 
appetizers that run you about $9 at your average Thai restaurant for 2 or 3 rolls? Well, we found a mobile spring roll lady- she sold shrimp, veggie & pork spring rolls, with a green sauce that was super spicy on it, out of her little stand. At 10 Thai Bant each, you could get 3 spring rolls for 30 Bant- the equivalent of about $.90. She served them in little plastic containers with little plastic forks.
